Yoga increases the feeling of happiness.
Classes take place in the zen space of Pousada Águas Claras.

“Being in Armação dos Búzios is a wonderful experience: lots of sun, sea bathing, high cuisine, shopping, iced açaí and breathtaking landscapes. A city that goes very well with the word "VACATION"! Now imagine enjoying all this paradise and at the same time energize yourself and find calm and tranquility? This is the purpose of our daily Yoga practices. The practices follow the teachings of Indian sages, Tantric philosophy and the age-old Ayurvedic Indian healthcare system. The practice lasts one hour and is designed to take care of the physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual body. A moment of peace and self-knowledge where pranayamas (breathing exercises), kryas (physical purifications), pujas (energy transmission), Surya Namaskar and asanas (physical postures), yoga nidra (guided relaxation) and meditation techniques are worked! All this in a specially prepared environment inside the Pousada Águas Claras!
What are the class times?
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 am.
By scheduling 24 hours in advance and the professional's availability, it is possible to schedule classes on other days or times. Classes cost R$40.00 per person. This amount is paid directly to the teacher.
