• Outside these hours, simple drinks such as water and soft drinks are available to order at reception.

For closing accounts from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm

Room cleaning - from 10 am to 4 pm

• Safe:

We recommend using your unit's safe. Keep valuables such as cameras, tablets, cell phones, notebooks, jewelry, watches and money locked inside the safe. Never leave valuables in common areas of the hotel.

• Absence at check-out:

In extreme cases, if the guest is not present at the check-out date and time, our team will remove the luggage under the supervision of the management and it will be stored at the hotel reception. This procedure aims not to delay the check-in of the next guest.

• Do not smoke in the rooms:

If the guest smokes in the room, the amount of R$ 300.00 will be charged for cleaning the room.

• Care of the hotel trousseau.

Bed and bath linen are an important part of your stay. We ask that you treat them with care. Hair dyes, nail polishes, pens, Henna tattoos, greases and irons cause permanent damage to fabrics. Stained or burnt clothing will be charged to your invoice.

• Sockets.

On your unit the red outlets are 220V and the white outlets are 127V. In case of doubt, always contact reception on extension 200.

Never plug fryer-type appliances, ovens, or any other appliance that uses resistance into the outlets of your unit.

• Please do not consume products purchased outside the hotel in the common areas.
• Day Use.

You can invite friends to stay with you at the Pousada's swimming pool. 

The value of this service is 80 reais per person with minimum consumption at the hotel bar per day. Including children. 

• Parking.

Our parking is free and free of charge for up to 1 car per apartment. Please note the perfect locking of the doors. Never leave valuables inside the vehicle. Be extremely careful when maneuvering and be careful when opening the doors so as not to cause damage to other vehicles.

• Do not hang clothes in the hotel's common areas and corridors.
