Cancellation Policies.


General cancellation policy for purchases made through our website, telephone or WhatsApp:


Standard:

Free cancellation up to 10 days before check-in

From the ninth day before the “check-in” date, we charge 100% of the reservation value.

No-Shows will charge 100% of the reservation value.

Check the exceptions below:

Exception 1:

All high season periods and holiday packages fall under this exception.

Free cancellation up to 20 days before check-in

From the nineteenth day before the “check-in” date, we charge 100% of the reservation value

No-Shows will charge 100% of the reservation value.


Always check the current cancellation and no-show policies on the booking engine.



At the hotel's discretion:

1) To guarantee the reservation, we may make a pre-authorization of the amount. This pre-authorization may occur from the time of the reservation until check-in.

2) For accommodations during high season: from December 15th to April 15th, the hotel may charge the amount immediately after the reservation is made.

3) Submitting invalid cards may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

4) Reservations will be charged according to the cancellation and no-show policy in effect for the period.

5) Non-refundable reservations may be charged immediately after the reservation is made.
